New Cardington Residents Association (NCRA) asked Bellway why our play parks have a loose gravel path surface when the planning permission was based on drawings that stated "Tarmac or similar".
Bellway failed to answer or address the question.
NCRA took the matter to the planning enforcement department of Bedford Borough Council who agreed with us and ordered Bellway to replace the paths with "Tarmac or similar"
Aviation way has been completed, Aldergrove Gardens path is tarmac too.
